Is that what they call "taking a mental health day"? As long as the floor isn't adhesive and there aren't clouds of flies, I say enjoy when you can. It's the sitting around brooding we need to avoid, or maybe I should just speak for myself. *I* have a tendency to sit around and brood, and getting up and trying to keep to my schedule, which is about 75% work-like things, gets better results.

Today I remembered the Sabbath. It comes out looking like being lazy, but it has a better purpose. I called a long-winded friend and let her go on and on, and did other milder, less work-like things, and didn't brood about anything. Much anyway.
