I was 164.4 on March 1st. Now I am 161.6. My goal is a pound a week. So I am ahead of schedule I believe. I am seriously hoping to be below 160 by April 1st. I had a can of chicken and dumplings this morning which had 3,120 mil of sodium. I just wanted it so badly for days. My entire day will equal to 1,213 calories, 93 grams of protein, 119 carbs, and about 3,970 mil of sodium. I'm hoping my calories, carbs and protein will outweigh my sodium.

I cut my calories down by 100 so I am trying to stick to 1200 instead of 1300. I think my metabloism might have slowed a bit.
