I cope by remembering history and knowing we survived before and will again. That and not having any social media except this forum. I also don’t watch the news except an hour a day.
Do you like to reread books form long ago? Like I read a humorous author back in the 70’s and just bought her book for my kindle, and have Agatha Christie’s books on my list.
