I was going to ask how you're doing if I didn't see you here. Forgive me for assuming, but I have the intuition that you wouldn't be wild over CBT. I do believe that CBT has some value, but I also think it carries some BS with it. I mean, it really does work for some people, but I'm thinking that you're not one of those people.
