Avoiding sugar (as in the kind from pastries, candy, ice cream, sweetened drinks, etc) except on my birthday and holidays, or really special occasions (like to celebrate if I get a job, volunteer, or finish my associates degree).
It will be helpful for my weight loss and will be good for my teeth to avoid it.
