If you're comfortable enough, I think you should tell him how YOU feel, although I think it's a little soon to talk about "love". Guys are easily freaked out by that word, not matter how old they are. Tell him how much you like him, that you miss chatting and hanging out, and see what his response is. If he's "into you", he'll let you know. I've found guys don't respond well to the pressure of the "do you like/love me" question very well....
