I had broken sleep so altho I got some I feel like I didn’t.
I truly believe if a person with Bipolar got good deep sleep every night our Bipolar would be much more manageable.

I do feel more depressed & anxious during the winter & more uplifted during Spring & Summer. I'm not bipolar. More like schizoaffective, depressive type. My sleep problems are causing a lot of difficulty for me lately. I'm pretty sure much of my mental illness would be fairly mild if I could get some healthy sleep. Thank you for this thread, Christina! And I hope you're doing better.
