I was 160.4 on Thursday, 161 yesterday. Then 161.4 today. This just happens. My weight flucates and I have to keep pushing and remind myself of the one pound a week end of October goal thing. Plus yesterday I had 1500 calories and almost 3000 mil of sodium. I'm suprised I didn't legit gain. Today my calories will equal to 1200 and my protein is at 60 grams, my carbs are at 159 and my sodium is at 1,345 mil
