no I didn't but I did however tell my school guidance counselor I needed help. She got the therapist who comesd to school to come today. She talked to me for almost 2 hours. She contacted my old pDoc and requested him to up my dosageon zoloft and she made an appointment at a new PDoc for me. I am also supposed to call the Crisis Line tonight and check in with them. I am calling them rather than them calling me b/c my grandma would TOTALLY overreact. She is coming back tomorrow to check on me. She had me copying like 20 pages from a book she has on depression. I have to do those sheets tonight. She helped me arrange it so I will stay the weekend with my aunt (stay busy and talk to her about it). She kept asking me stuff about suicide and I told her I haven't thought about it. She also asked if I htought I needed to talk to a crisis therapist or go to a hospital.
