I was 160.8 today. I weighed myself at the same time as yesterday. I'm happy to be below 161 for the second time this week. So far I had a full calorie Coke, a chocolate matzo cracker, an iced coffee and a pouch of tuna. I plan on having half a Quest pizza and a weight watchers TV dinner. I will be at 1,218 calories, 71 grams of protein, 159 carbs, and 1,947 mil of sodium. So hopefully tommorow I'm more like 160.6
