Yes winter has a way of really hitting everyone. My husband has garden variety depression and his med works well but in the winter it’s often difficult for him. I don’t know many people that do okay year round mental illness or not.

I’m glad you find this thread helpful/comforting It’s a good place to pop on and at least not feel alone in the joy of insomnia !
