I'm on a train, heading home. I hear the lovely sound of the rails on the train wheels. Sometimes some squeaks. I'm unsure if they are from the body of the train or people moving in their seats.
The sun is going down. It's 5:55 pm.

Dx: Bipolar type 1
Psych Medications:
* Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg
* Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg
* Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg
I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia.
