There is someone at work that I do not get along with. She was in my office, and I don't think she is trustworthy and that she is trying to get ahead. I had an intrusive thought after her being in my office that she was recording me with her phone in my office when I was talking to her.
I did not engage in any misconduct, but I had a feeling she would show it to my boss and that they would find something on it to hold against me and try to get me fired after having the compliance officer view the tape and that they would find something they don't like. I do not have any clear evidence that she was recording me or any specific clues. But I saw her holding her phone, which got my mind racing. I only feel that way because I do not trust her anymore. Now, I think there's going to be an investigation about me starting tomorrow.
I can't get these intrusive thoughts out of my head. Does any of this sound rational?
