I'm going to just make that peanut butter mug cake, they're really good. And even though they have sugar in them, they have wayyyy less than the amount I was consuming each day
I have to stop feeling so disgusted with myself if I eat something that's not a part of my diet once in awhile. I feel like the second after I eat it I've started gaining weight and losing progress

It’s all moderation…you need sugar for glycogen stores and you’ll feel awful without it, you just need some not too much and you’ll be ok. Balance can be more difficult than abstinence. You at least want enough carbs if not eating sugar.
