Hi xRavenx. I quite agree with BethRags on this an this type of paranoia has happened to me many times in the past, as Moose said it happened to her. It certainly seems you are under stress, which may be affecting your stability and thought processes. I hope you bring this up with your therapist and/or psychiatrist immediately.
It's horrible when we have a sort of foe (or foes) at the workplace, but it's definitely not uncommon. I've had many (Ohhh yeh!) And truth was that I had colleagues that noticed behavior that was concerning (to put it mildly) and communicated that to management and Human Resources. I'm not saying your colleague(s) are doing so, but that instability can cause it to be so. You questioning the rationality of your thoughts could be a lucky opportunity for you to manage your illness before it escalates further. What's worse is when we have delusions that we don't question as possibly false. That's when delusion truly becomes delusion.
