There wasn't much to do today. The AC furnace guys were here for about 6 hours. I was holed up in my room watching Project Runway. But I was fine mood and anxiety wise. The house smells like moldy orange juice now but the smell will go away. I didn't stress about much of anything all day. I gave my mom my melatonin since I started taking 40mil a night which is way too much. But yeah I mostly just watched TV all day.
