I don't think I did the greatest. Regarding my diet my calories were fine but it was a lot of full calorie soda and I was way past my protein goal and under my sodium goal but way way over my carbs goal. Which may screw me over in the morning when I weigh myself. I also got super stressed over not being able to get ahold of my mom for over an hour and all this caffeine and lack of food is kinda making me feel crappy but I just had a protein drink so I am not hungry. I just want to take my meds early and relax.
