Joining the support group was a very good idea, I think. I hope you find it helpful. There is definitely something to be said for being able to share not only anxiety, but tips and thoughts with others who are going through the same thing you are.
I hate that you have to go through all of this, Rainbow. I'm glad I/we can be here to give you friendship. Thank you for trusting us
