@scatterbrained04:

Yes, life with bipolar is very messy, requiring constant adjustment. Many a time i've also decided on a big project for myself only to cancel it the next day. Last Summer i planned a party, invited the guests and cancelled the party and the invitations all in one day! I find it particularly hard to plan when my mood is in transition. I can't even commit to fresh vegetables. They often go bad before get around to eating them. For a while i managed with frozen but even that is beyond me now as i threw out two whole bags last time i cleaned out my freezer. I'm experimenting with canned vegetables and fruit and so far, so good.

But it sounds like you're already doing the job you're considering seeking certification for. Would it really be that hard?

Whatever you decide, kudos for having a substantial career while managing bipolar. It was certainly beyond me and i so miss working, so wanted to have a long and rewarding career. Life on disability benefits is a great disappointment to me. It's easier now that i'm 55 tho and early-retirement age anyways.

Life goes on!
