I'm finally getting my hair cut and colored, as I write this.
I started watching my calorie intact, so likely lost a little weight. My jeans are looser.
I've been exercising more.
I've been quite content and stable, mood-wise.

Psych Medications:
* Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg
* Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg
* Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg
I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia.
