I had taken a nap during the day. I fell asleep around 6:30. I woke up at 11:30 I think because my closet light was on. I was super hungry so I just said F water weight gain and the scale and I drank a protein drink and a caffeine free Coke. I got back to sleep for about 45 minutes around 2:30. So at least thats something.
