I took just one of my new melatonin and fell asleep almost instantly from 6-2. I woke up breifly at 11 to grab a package that was delivered. I really don't mind the 6PM-2AM sleep schedule. Whenever it is that that I do go back to work I plan on working the first shift and that can often start at 5AM. So 2 is not a bad time to be waking up.
