Hey pegasus, this is my (attempt) to help...

Can you navigate to the Control Panel (usually Start menu) and find the "Sound & Audio Devices" section?

There should be a "Speakers Settings" ... Check to see if the Speaker Volume is up loud enough... if not, adjust that. If that doesn't solve the problem, click "Advanced" and see if the speaker setup is set to play through your speakers, and not a headset.

If that doesn't solve the problem, perhaps the speakers have "blown up" and need to be repaired.
