I know how bad it is to feel terrible..
In the moment when I do feel that way, it's hard to explain to people or admit that there's something wrong from fear of judgement - or that something bad will happen. It can lead to sui thoughts.
When in a bad state, people can see it - And a lot of the times, they don't understand. Like when I would sit in the car, paranoid about everyone's laughter etc.. Cuz the only thing wrong with me was that I felt bad..
But it always passes (I hope for most people).. And when in a good state, you kind of take it for granted and get on with life.
