Don’t feel bad. Two years ago one of our favorite and excellent colleagues left our team and district and I cried. Not just because we lost a great team member (we do keep in touch after he left) but because we knew our department will not ever be the same. Then the other one left right after, also very good one.

Bosses were desperate and hired complete losers who don’t do their job, aren’t team players and cause problems. Last two years were a nightmare because of them. So I am not surprised you are upset good worker is leaving. It is upsetting
