Mine sure seemed to be. They picked way up in perimenopause and now after menopause I still get 1-2 per month but they are not a big deal. I usually even am able to tolerate light during them. I can only have 2 useless triptans with the MAOI I'm on so I get scripts for vicodin. I haven't needed a refill in 3 years and still have plenty. I don't miss the awful ones from the past.
