Seeing my semi-new pdoc this coming week and been a bit down for a couple months, with some SI each evening when I get tired. Not sure why, there's no reason for it; not to mention that I've worked fairly hard at actually getting tired and going to sleep at about the same time each evening (9-10pm). Kinda concerned as I haven't talked about that with this newish doctor before and I'm not sure where he'd draw the line. I just really don't have time to spend in a hospital right now, and think it'd be more than a little overmuch for what I'm experiencing.
I do wonder a bit whether dropping the trazadone has led to this state of affairs, it is an antidepressant after-all. I just felt proud of myself at the improvement in my sleep routine and being able to keep it going without the assistance.

Hi rwwff, I'm glad you've checked in. It's wonderful that you've established a good sleep routine. I do hope you'll tell your pdoc about how you've been feeling. You know how it goes...if you're only "having thoughts", but don't have "a plan" your pdoc will almost surely look at medication, rather than hospitalization.
