I find I can avoid pain by avoiding moving, direct contraction of advice given everywhere. So of course I gained weight which only makes it harder to move. But I have joined two fitness groups M-W-F , aqua fitness and strength training and movement group. Aqua fitness is no pain but the other group does cause pain. I take it easy and I do it seated. But I believe ultimately it will help.
As for the others, except for sleep I follow them. Sleep is not up to me, it’s a life long struggle. There’s studies that prove less sleep equals more pain. But what can you do?
