I fell asleep at 6:30. Woke up right before 9. Got back to sleep right before 11. Woke up at 12:30. My anxiety has been terrible since yesterday. I've tried food, meds, water. All I have is more anxiety, insomnia, a stomach ache and increased thirst. I'm just like at this loss on where to go and who to see about this and whats going on.
