then I ate a couple king size candy bars and a little bag of popcorn and had some pizza. I fell asleep at 6 and woke up right before 9 with the worst stomach ache/ anxiety combo. So I
my stomach was hurting so badly and I realized that was my main problem. Not my anxiety. So I took some pepto bismol and I felt much better almost instantly and was able to go back to sleep and now my anxiety is very low. So I'm not sure if the issue was the anxiety or my stomach ache and what made it better. But at least I'm feeling ok at the moment. Last night I was really thinking I'd have to move my pdoc appointment up. But I think I need to work on my diet with my therapist. Yesterday was nothing but sugar and caffeine.
Edit: I actually still feel really good. My anxiety is super low. So I don't know if it was the extra meds or the pepto bismol. But I do feel a lot better. And I am balancing my caffeine today so I am having enough so I'm not having withdrawls but not having too much and going overboard so my anxiety gets out of control.
