I understand your frustration. I felt the same way. For what it's worth, I think you are smart to go to a community college first. Not only will you not have the ridiculous debt that the others will have, but you're more likely to graduate after you transfer.

That doesn't help with the sadness and feelings of loss though. All I can say is that it gets better. What classes do you think you might take?
