Okay doc john just so i'm clear though, starting (for example) two new threads in the same section about different things is not a thread spams? In my case, back in 2011/2012 it was partly a symptom of mental illness and partly the meds i was on that was actually making the problem worse, i became more stable after they worked out which meds was causing the problem, in the case of a meds being the problem and as a result its a very short problem on the forums, would we still get into a troubles if the instability was meds related and it got sorted within months of the doctors changing the meds around etc? So much of 2012 is blocked that i honestly dont know if it was months or just weeks and sadly the forum i was on at that time is no longer around, i'm just making sure for in case theres a problem on this forum if i have to go back on meds and while the right meds are decided upon, i'm just being sure cause i dont yet know if i'm going back on one of th e meds i was on, hopefully not the one that actually caused the problems hallucinations and stuff quietaprine or whatever it was called, that was the one that was causing the problems back then, the hallucinations and stuff

sorry i made a essay
