I'm on Xulane birth control patches, you put a new patch on every 7 days, and on the third week you don't wear a patch so you can get your period, then you start the cycle over again with a new patch the following week. I seem to be doing okay on it. I used to be on it many years ago for a long time and I had no issues with it. When I recently restarted after being off it for a few years I had some nausea and spotting but my doctor said that would go away once my body adjusts to it, I restarted it last Sunday and was only nauseous once the other day but that may have just been because I had a migraine. I'm mostly on it to help with severe PMS/possible PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) and to regulate my cycles
