Yes, that sounds right. I have had panic attacks & there is that hard to breathe thing. Gasping for air & you are hyperventilating. I understand what you must have been going through. I've had nightmares of trying to find air in a wall or something. It's usually diagnosed as panic disorder. I've learned how to breathe to calm myself. A therapist can teach you. God bless you, @
