Hi, I have been taking Adderal XR for over a year now, before that I was taking Concerta.

Adderal XR is a Habit Forming Narcotic which if you miss a dose at times the restlesness could be due to the physical dependance of the medicaton and withdrawal of the med.

If you have been taking it daily since fall, more than likely you have become physically dependant. NO, not at all would I reccomen to stop the medication all at once before speaking to your Doctor who prescribes the medication. Serious withdrawal could occur and in my exerience with scheduled drugs or Narcotic's the Doctor almost always tapers the dose down gradually.
