I feel that way. I'm in a down turn but I'm getting better. The point is to be as stable as possible and not have us cause damage through depression or mania. My dr. try's to minimize the amount of pills I'm on. The abilify injection makes me stable enough to take my other medications. My dr doesn't believe in changing my medication unless I'm close to hospitalization. Are you in therapy? Have you talked to your therapist about how you don't feel your getting anywhere with medication?
