I fell back asleep shortly after I woke up from the nap at about 5:30 after getting frustrated over some news I got. I took the correct meds though. But with the long nap I ended up waking up right before 10PM. Which was technically plently of sleep. I got about half an hour of sleep around 3:30 but I basically ****ed up my sleep schedule.
