I slept badly again. So I was a bit crabby and lethargic today. I got my chores done and stayed on track with all my meds. I ate an entire block of cheese at 10AM which may not have been the best idea but carb and protein wise it was actually pretty good and I've been pretty full all day and I've stayed on track with my diet. I've really been needing my weighted things a lot lately. My weighted blankets and my weighted vest. They do help a lot at keeping away my negative thoughts and I'm not constantly using them either.
