This computer design engineer says computers do NOT have feelings.
You want computers that have been programmed to express what looks like feelings then you get into AI. That is where computers are programmed to learn from their experiences.
Programmers blow it with programs & there are bugs in them that make them break but those are not "feelings" Inannimate objects do not have feelings & if a computer looks like it, a programmer has programmed it to respond that way if it is not AI
