1. I took a test to get into a school today, and it was nice to engage my brain in something / distract myself.
2. I'm excited to eat the butter chicken meal I just cooked.
3. Mindfulness and being fully present.
4. I walked today by the water and it was really nice out. Breezy, and I could hear birds.
5. I am finally getting called back to be seen by a therapist.
