Learnt the expression `Through and through’. I listened to it for the second time and couldn’t get the meaning through even through the context.

I have just forgotten, lol!
It means something like (from side to side, from the beginning of something to the end of it).
Now, I have to quickly find opportunities to use it as much as possible to make it mine.

I also learnt a lot about Personality Disorders and I now see clearer why they can’t be cured.
