A therapist.. once told me "when you have to "know" everything that you have eaten" "when you become so concerned - that you think of first of.. eating/not eating...how many calories.. and in LB's in measurements of . 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 increments... which.. in the long run.. doesn't matter" - then the line is crossed..
she also said: " a binge.. is when you want to stop.. but can't"..
those are just things I have been told.. for what it is worth..
my opinion only.. and probably not worth much - sounds like you are starting to cross the line... because of your great concern.. and now.. might be a good time.. to say... "enough"... this is not "worth it".. having
