Ok. This is ticking me off now! Facebook or Instagram keeps popping up a "page" on my phone asking for my birthday. There's a link that supposedly says why but it just says that it's to keep 13 and unders from using "Meta". Like I said- it's annoying the hell outta me! I just close it every time but I shouldn't have to! I'm not entirely sure it's not a scam.
