We keep our house at 70-71 degrees year round.
The weather is so fickle. most days turn on the air but night is different.
If it gets cold out side I turn the heater on to compensate for the cold weather. Air goes back on during the day. It has been in the 80's for weeks. Rain off and on.
Hurricane season starts june for 6 months.
