you were right to vent, that's what this place is for, there are a lot of good folk here whose hearts will go out to you for they will understand where you're coming from .....

it just worries me that your response is "...Who cares? I don't".
I may be wrong here, purplebutterfly, so please don't be angry with me if I politely disagree. I say that because you said:."...it's the only way I have of getting the pain out..." There's another way,(which you've done) i.e. sharing it on here. THAT'S got to be good.

My view: stuff the bloody therapist if that's how incompetent she is. She's clearly of no benefit to you, so forget her and all her works. My therapist got rid of me because I wasn't able to respond "properly" (!!)
