True Service Dogs have 10’s of thousands of dollars in training and would require training also with you also.

Unfortunately you will be on a long waiting list months to years.. and that’s if your Doctors backs you.

Why not get a puppy and have professional training ? Many of the tasks you are wanting help with a ESA can do.
