I think that is okay. Especially coming out of a period of not doing great. The body needs sleep to repair. If the sleeping in the daytime is bothering you though I would talk to a therapist or a GP or a Pdoc to see if they have any suggestions. I sleep about 10 hours a day normally. Maybe 12 on the weekends. I don't think it is excessive. But if I were sleeping say, 16 hours, I would want some help with my sleep schedule to be able to be more active during the day.
