Laura, I know this feeling well. Not with dogs but with cars. There is a Trans Am and Camaro website with forums and there's a forum for different regions. The Dallas region gets together once a week so when I moved back to Dallas, I thought cool... I got some people to hang out with. Well, I was wrong. The only reason I was even remotely accepted was because I had modified the hell out of my car and was faster than most. And to get to that point took forever. I finally said screw it... I don't need friends like that. I'll hang out with the 2 or 3 out of the 40 or so that actually like me away from the get togethers.
