I drink lavender chamomile tea and take melatonin gummies for sleep, have a weighted blanket (that I always/only use during telehealth appointments), and spend a lot of time outdoors to ground myself. This one's a little controversial and not the best if you're prone to psychosis but I also smoke weed which helps a lot with the PTSD/anxiety/hyperactivity/insomnia that always gets ignored by my treatment providers (indicas are a lot friendlier to me than sativas). When I have voices I always listen to music with headphones on which helps. I also have an aromatherapy diffuser (I don't think it does anything to help me out but I do like the smell of an assortment of essential oils and just having something sensory to focus on can be grounding).
