Mostly birds and cars passing. I'm still lounging in bed. A few minutes ago I heard a cuckoo. It's always cool to hear them. For a while I was grieving the loss of some of my favorite American birds, but now I'm growing to appreciate some Czech ones more.

Psych Medications:
* Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg
* Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg
* Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg
I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia.
